Shipping and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. For large, high-value, fragile or vintage items, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the safest delivery arrangements.

Available delivery services, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, we’ll email it to you after dispatch. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs changing.

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees that are not collected at checkout; these are the customer’s responsibility.

If an order arrives damaged, is lost or is significantly delayed, email lewis@overdriveguitars.com and we’ll help with the carrier.
