JMP 1987 – 50W Hand Wired Head - 1972

Serial Number: S/A 2264D

Inspection Sticker Date: 09/03/1972 - (9th March '72)

A superb example of a vintage Marshall JMP 50 Lead Model 1987 from 1972. Hand wired and loaded with classic early-’70s Marshall tone — rich mids, aggressive crunch, and huge dynamic response.

This non-master-volume 50-watt head delivers everything from warm vintage cleans to the unmistakable British roar heard on countless classic rock records. Still mostly original circuit, it's fully serviced, tested, and sounding exceptional.

A proper player’s amp and a sought-after vintage piece — honest, original, and ready to go.

Freshly serviced by ex-Marshall senior engineer Dave Wittering (Prestige Amp Servicing), this amp is in excellent working order, fully tested, and ready to go — free from the usual issues associated with long-stored vintage gear.
